If you do a Google search for Fedora Quadro 1000M, you will find guides on how to install the proprietary nvidia driver. For me I personally I get much better performances with the driver then the Nouveau driver that comes with Fedora. So, to install NVIDIA drivers on Fedora 35, you will have to install the RPM Fusion.
